Rise and Shine~25 weeks pregnant

Good Morning everyone!
I am very thankful for another day! I pray that my readers are blessed and having a good day. It is Friday and that means the weekend is here. The weather here in Illinois is definitely not being consist ant. I was sweating like a pig yesterday and now it's cold and rainy today however I am feeling really good lately. I sit here typing and periodically put my hand over my stomach to feel whatever body part my unborn son is poking out at me. At times it feels comforting to feel him and I hope he feels me. This little guy in my tummy is constantly on the move! I love every moment of it. Sometimes I find it hard to drift off into sleep late at night because of all the movement in my stomach. I have began a new promise to myself and my children. I have begun to take my health more seriously. I encourage everyone to be healthy in every way. Eat healthy, sleep healthy, think healthy, and BE HEALTHY! This pregnancy(# 3) has been different then the others. I have made a conscience effort to really stay healthy. Sleep as much as I need to, practice better hygiene, go to the gym to exercise(bare min. 3 days a week for one hour, eat more fruit and other green leafy foods.
Coming up next week I have a glucose-screening test. This is where you go into the office and drink a sugary drink and wait for one hour to get your blood drawn. The purpose of this screen is to test for gestational diabetes which affects pregnant women. It is important because this could be hazardous to your health if not treated properly.

I love the Gap! Their kids clothes are very adorable and also long lasting! Check out this baby boy one piece outfit from their expresso line

Thanks for stopping by! Be blessed!
